Job DescriptionRheumatologist - Full-Time with Partnership Track Freehold & Toms River, NJA successful medical practice is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) Rheumatologist to join their well-established and growing team in New Jersey. The practice setting currently includes 2 physicians and 3 NPs. This is a full-time position working between two offices in Freehold and Toms River, NJ; no travel is required between locations on the same day. Expected work hours are 9am - 5pm, and a 4-day work week is an option. The practice features an in-house infusion center, opportunities to grow a research component with additional compensationCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary:Experienced Providers: $275,000 - $375,000 (with partnership available after one year of employment).Incentives/Bonus:Incentive and performance bonuses.50% of collections after a specific milestone.Participation in the infusion business revenue.Additional Compensation: Sign-on bonus available.Partnership: Yes, a buy-in to partnership is available.Benefits:Healthcare, Dental, and Vision insurance.Malpractice Insurance covered.Licensing fees covered.25 Paid Time Off (PTO) days per year, inclusive of CME time.Simple IRA with matching contributions at 3%.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive rheumatology care to approximately 85 patients per week.Maintain a full-time schedule, primarily operating from the Freehold and Toms River office locations on separate days.Utilize the Next Gen EMR system for all patient records.Collaborate with 2 other physicians and 3 Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to provide patient care.Opportunity to participate in and grow the practice's research initiatives and utilize the on-site infusion center.RequirementsBoard Certification or Board Eligibility (BE/BC) in Rheumatology.Will consider new graduates.Willingness to work between two office locations in New Jersey.#MASC104
