Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ **How you'll make an impact in this role** **Core Pharmacy Responsibilities:** Ensure accurate medication management, including selection, dosing, administration, and dispensing. Conduct thorough medication order reviews to proactively identify, prevent, and resolve potential or actual drug-related issues. Recommend cost-effective, formulary-approved alternatives when clinically appropriate. Prepare and compound medications for precise and timely patient delivery. Act as a reliable source for drug information and provide educational resources to both medical staff and patients. Maintain essential communication with physicians and other clinicians to ensure seamless patient care. **Supervisory and Academic Duties:** Supervise technical support personnel involved in the preparation, inventory, and dispensing of medications and supplies. Contribute to academic programs, which may include serving as a preceptor for pharmacy students. **Flexible Coverage and Patient Care:** Provide efficient and effective patient counseling as required. Be available to float to different areas to ensure comprehensive pharmacy coverage. **What minimum requirements you'll need** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Pharmacist credentialed from the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
