Job DescriptionBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)2026-2027 School YearPhoenix AZTactStaff EDU is connecting with passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) interested in opportunities for the 2026-2027 academic year across the most populated regions of Arizona.We are seeking dedicated, student-centered professionals committed to supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in both inclusive and specialized educational settings. Opportunities may include placements within public schools, charter schools, and specialized programs at the elementary, middle, or high school level, based on district needs.This is a strong opportunity to connect early, explore upcoming roles, and secure placement for the 2026-2027 school year. Qualifications• Must hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field• Eligible for school-based credentialing in the State of Arizona• CPI certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Experience• Experience providing behavioral support services in a school-based setting• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior intervention strategies, and data collection methods• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)• Ability to collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families• Experience supporting students with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral needs Compensation & Benefits• Competitive Compensation• Benefits effective the 1st day of the month following hire• 401K with Company Matching up to 4%• Travel Stipend where applicable Exploring opportunities for the 2026-2027 school year?
