This role provides hands-on leadership, staff support, and oversight to maintain quality, compliance, and a strong team environment. Qualifications: Active RN license (in good standing) 2–3+ years of long-term care experience; leadership preferred Infection Prevention (IP) certification required Strong knowledge of CMS/regulatory standards Excellent leadership and communication skills EMR proficiency and current CPR/BLS certification Key Responsibilities: Support daily clinical operations alongside the DON Supervise and mentor nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management Ensure high-quality resident care and accurate care planning Conduct rounds and respond to changes in resident condition Maintain compliance with all federal/state regulations Support QAPI initiatives and survey readiness Promote strong communication with staff, residents, and families Ready to lead and make a difference?
