This role is ideal for a well-rounded clinician who enjoys both diagnostics and the consultative side of hearing healthcare, including hearing aid dispensing.The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, confident in clinical decision-making, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive audiological evaluations and patient careDispense and manage hearing aid fittings and follow-up servicesPerform light vestibular assessments as neededEducate patients and families on hearing health, treatment options, and device technologyIndependently interpret audiological test resultsCollaborate effectively with audiologists and support staff across multiple office locationsManage and prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic clinical settingQualificationsMaster's degree in Audiology or Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.)Active Audiologist license in the state of CaliforniaDispensing Audiologist license (required)Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hearing aid dispensing roleStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsComfort with diagnostics and hearing aid consultationsExperience in a multi-provider practice preferredFlexible and adaptable to varying schedules and locationsSchedule & Work EnvironmentTypical work hours: approximately 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM with a one-hour lunch breakNo on-call, night, or weekend requirementsCollaborative, team-based clinical environmentBenefitsPaid holidays and paid time offHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchingEmployee discountsProfessional development support
