Through acquisition, the company expanded into liquids products, unit dose packaging for dish, laundry, and other home care products, including detergents, fabric softeners and other cleaners. Throughout the years, the company has built robust quality systems, multiple GMP certifications, and in-house FDA/EPA microbiology, quality control, chemistry, and R&D labs.Background:The Lab Technician plays a critical role in all wipe product testing activities at Radienz Living. This position is responsible for testing samples for baby, facial, and MTT (Moist Toilet Tissue) wipe products. The role partners closely with other R&D team members to support product development activities.Responsibilities:• Perform testing under guidance from Scientist or Engineer; follow test protocol and record the data and observations during testing• Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and make data-driven recommendations.• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test reports, and other documentation.• Prepare samples in the specific formats for sales meetings, industry conferences, tests or other business initiatives• Follow all laboratory safety practices, chemical handling procedures, and company safety policies.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, or equivalent industry experience.• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation, data analysis, and presentations.• Any experience related to R&D lab work is preferred.• Any technical experience related to formula, trials or product development is preferred• Knowledge of laboratory safety practices, chemical handling, and documentation standards.• Basic knowledge of research and development laboratory environment.• Basic knowledge of quality standard of wipe product analysis.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet aggressive timelines.• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation.• High level of attention to detail • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.Physical Demands:• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.• Frequently required to stand or walk for extended periods while conducting experiments or operating equipment.• Regular use of hands and fingers to handle laboratory instruments, pipettes, testing tools, or small components.• Frequent reaching, grasping, pushing, or pulling when setting up equipment or retrieving materials.• Close vision and ability to focus on detailed data, instruments, gauges, or microscopic materials.• Ability to move between laboratory workstations, testing areas, and production floors as needed.Work Environment:• Work is primarily performed in a laboratory or manufacturing test environment.• May involve exposure to chemicals, laboratory reagents, or production materials, requiring proper PPE. • Moderate noise levels from laboratory or manufacturing equipment may occur.Monday - Friday; 8:30am to 4:30pm
