The facility serves a high-demand area with a focus on delivering quality care to a socioeconomically diverse patient population.Opportunity:Physician - PediatricsJob Details:• Full-time pediatric clinic position with no hospital privileges required• Work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm schedule with flexible lunch timing• Average of 25 patients per day in an outpatient clinic setting• No call responsibilities - clinic-based practice only• Guaranteed 8 hours per day with overtime after 9 hours• High demand clinic serving socioeconomically challenged community• High no-show rate accounted for in scheduling• Must have active California medical license and DEA• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency required• BLS certification required• EPIC or EMR experience preferred• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred but not required• EKG interpretation and suturing minor lacerations preferred• Opportunity for locums to permanent conversion for mutual fit• Urgent start date as soon as credentialing is completedCompensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
