With new state of the art clinic space, guaranteed call and provider support resources to ensure quality of life and a physician lead culture that resulted in CCHCS's recent #1 ranking on Forbes Magazine's list of America's Best Employers in Healthcare, we believe this to be among the top Maternal Fetal Medicine positions available nationally. CCHCS is a not-for-profit, nationally recognized pediatric health care organization comprised of two free-standing children's hospitals, a physician-lead network that employs more than 1,000 providers and APP's, a home health organization, surgery centers and a comprehensive network of urgent care sites, and a thriving foundation that fosters innovation across all missions. The system has more than 60 primary and specialty care offices throughout North and West Texas and is national recognized for its quality and service. Key Highlights: Lead and/or participate in setting the initial strategy and implementation plan for two of DFW premier providers of mother-baby providers. Consult only practice with a guaranteed maximum call frequency of 1:6. Established commitment to robust practice support resources and technology including sonographers, mid-level providers, and administrative staff. Guide Cook Children's newest freestanding children's hospital, including a 20-bed emergency department, 69 licensed beds (10 pediatric intensive care, 48 medical/surgical, and an 11-bed NICU) in developing recognized mother-baby services. While not part of the role, ongoing professional development opportunities exist in teaching, QI, medical informatics, and clinical research. Qualifications: Must have successfully completed an ACGME or AMA approved for Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program and Maternal Fetal Medicine fellowship program. Board certified/board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Medicine and be able to secure an unrestricted Texas medical license. Practice located just north of Dallas in one of the fastest growing areas in the country.
