District Partners has partnered with a client that is launching a high-quality pediatric therapy clinic in Boca Raton focused on delivering exceptional care across occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech services. We are seeking a Director of Clinical Operations (must be licensed) to lead all clinical aspects of the practice, from initial clinic launch through ongoing delivery of care. This individual will be responsible for building and overseeing the clinical program, therapist team, and standards of care, ensuring the highest level of patient outcomes and compliance. This individual will play a critical role in building the foundation for a multi-site pediatric therapy platform across South Florida.The Director of Clinical Operations will oversee all clinical functions of the clinic, including:Standing up the clinical program prior to patient launchHiring, training, and managing therapists (OT, PT, SLP)Establishing clinical protocols, documentation standards, and treatment approachesEnsuring high-quality, compliant patient careSupporting clinical team development and performanceThis role is fully focused on clinical leadership and care delivery, partnering with operational leadership who will handle business functions.What You'll Do:Clinical Program DevelopmentLead the design and implementation of clinical services across OT, PT, and SpeechEstablish treatment protocols and standards of careDevelop clinical workflows and documentation guidelinesEnsure readiness for patient care prior to clinic openingClinical Oversight & QualityHire, onboard, and manage therapists across disciplinesProvide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and performance managementMaintain appropriate therapist-to-patient ratios and coverageFoster a collaborative, patient-centered clinical cultureQuality of Care & OutcomesEnsure consistent, high-quality therapy servicesMonitor patient progress and treatment effectivenessImplement best practices in pediatric therapyDrive continuous improvement in clinical outcomesCompliance & LicensingEnsure all clinical services meet state, federal, and payer requirementsMaintain compliance with licensing boards and regulatory standardsOversee proper clinical documentation and treatment plansServe as the responsible licensed provider for the clinic as requiredClinic Launch Support hiring and ramp of initial clinical teamEstablish clinical readiness prior to openingPartner with operations team to align workflows with care deliveryWhat You'll Have:Active, unrestricted clinical license required (PT, OT, or SLP)Ability to be licensed in Florida (if not already)5+ years of experience in pediatric therapy (outpatient preferred)Prior experience supervising or leading clinical teamsExperience hiring and developing therapistsStrong knowledge of clinical documentation and compliance standardsExperience in a startup or clinic launch environment strongly preferred
