Sports Medicine Physician Lorton VA (15 miles S of Alexandria)Urgently HiringFull-Time | $225K– $250K base + bonus potential | Multidisciplinary PracticeWe are looking for a Sports Medicine Physician to join our growing medical team full time at our offices in the greater Alexandria/Washington DC area of Lorton and Fredericksburg, VA. Our practice is expanding and we are seeking a Physician with a Sports Medicine Fellowship to join our collaborative, patient-focused team. Work alongside PT, pain management, and rehab specialists in a modern, integrated care model—so you can focus on delivering results, not running a practice. We will consider MD/DO’s who have completed residency programs in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or PM&R if they have completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship.What You’ll Do:Evaluate and treat musculoskeletal & sports-related injuries Perform in-office procedures (joint injections, ultrasound-guided, PRP, trigger point) Create rehab-focused, non-surgical treatment plans Collaborate with PT, pain management, and specialists Maintain efficient EHR documentation What We’re Looking For:MD/DO Completion of an accredited residency program (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or PM&R) Sports Medicine fellowship (required) Active Virginia medical license & DEA Strong procedural and patient care skills What We Offer:$225K–$250K base + productivity bonus Full benefits (health, dental, vision, malpractice) PTO + CME allowance Retirement plan + credentialing support Why Apply?Established patient base Team-based care model No practice management headaches Strong income + growth opportunity We compensate our physicians well and offer amply opportunities for growth!
