The Cath Lab at Touro is a high-acuity, fast-moving environment where experienced nurses step into the action-supporting life-saving cardiac procedures, thinking critically in real time, and working side-by-side with physicians and highly specialized teams. What You'll Do * Be at the center of advanced cardiac procedures, including diagnostic caths and interventional cases * Prepare and educate patients, ensuring they feel confident and supported before procedures * Assist during procedures in circulating, monitoring, and/or scrubbing roles * Partner closely with physicians, techs, and team members to deliver seamless care * Take part in on-call coverage-because cardiac care doesn't stop after hours What You Bring * Current Louisiana RN license * BLS and ACLS certifications (ACLS required or obtained within 6 months) What Makes You Stand Out * Cath Lab, ICU, ER, or procedural experience * Comfort with hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac rhythms * Ability to stay calm, focused, and decisive in high-stakes situations The Environment * High-acuity, procedure-driven setting-not a traditional floor * Advanced cardiovascular technology and specialized care teams * On-call responsibilities for emergent cases * Radiation exposure with full safety protocols in place Why Touro? * Be part of a team that handles some of the most critical moments in patient care * Work in a highly specialized environment where your skills truly matter * Grow your expertise in cardiovascular nursing and procedural care * Strong team culture, supportive leadership, and opportunities to advance WORK SHIFT: Days (United States of America) LCMC Health is a community.
