Located in the Metro Baltimore area, this full-time, onsite opportunity offers a rewarding contract role working as a Behavior Specialist with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential. The position supports the Early Learning Team within public schools, focusing on early childhood behavior interventions and specialized support. The role begins in August 2026 and runs through June 2027, with an expected commitment of up to 37.5 hours per week. Candidates may be assigned to varying schools throughout the contract period, providing flexibility and diverse experience within the school district. This position requires detailed daily logging to track activities and produce progress reports assessing intervention effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans aligned with early childhood learning goals Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to improve student outcomes Maintain thorough documentation of all activities and progress to support program evaluation Support the Early Learning Team through data-driven behavior analysis to enhance educational services Qualifications: Active BCBA licensure is mandatory Experience working with early childhood populations preferred Ability to complete credentialing requirements specific to the State of Maryland Strong communication and documentation skills essential This role offers a valuable opportunity for BCBAs passionate about supporting young learners in a dynamic school setting.
