Tech-Radiologic (Nights)

We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health! Organization: EMC - Eden Medical Center Position Overview: Performs radiologic and technical procedures. Performs a variety of duties in preparing neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients for the technical component of scans and treatments of particular organs to furnish diagnostic information. Operates Imaging equipment to produce the scans. Provides support and training assistance as well as functioning in all aspects of position. Assists the Lead and Department in maintenance of equipment and QA/QC program(s) for meeting regulatory and accreditation and re-accreditation. Serves as department liaison Night Shift: 15% of the regular day base rate of pay Job Description: EDUCATION * Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. * Other: Completion of an Allied health accredited Radiology technology program. * OR Associate's: Higher CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE * ARRT - Radiography - American Register of Radiologic Technologists * CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist * RHF-Radiology Fluoroscopy * BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN: * 12 months hospital setting Job Shift: Nights Schedule: Full Time Shift Hours: 8 Days of the Week: Friday, Monday, Thursday Weekend Requirements: Saturday, Sunday Benefits: Yes Unions: Yes Position Status: Non-Exempt Weekly Hours: 40 Employee Status: Regular Sutter Health is an equal opportunity employer EOE/M/F/Disability/Veterans.
