Founded in 1972, we've grown organically from a one-person import wine business into an international drinks company whose hallmarks include a portfolio of luxury wineries and iconic beverage brands, including White Claw® Hard Seltzer, Mike's Hard Lemonade, and Cayman JackThe Senior Compliance Specialist will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and governance of Mark Anthony's Supply Chain compliance protocols. This includes record keeping, governmental reporting and controls related to the production of alcohol beverages. This role will provide expertise and guidance on TTB regulations, and internal policies and procedures while fostering a compliance culture.Core Duties and Responsibilities:Audit and Controls (30%)Responsible for the comprehensive monitoring, evaluation and implementation of all government regulations relating to alcohol productionEstablish and maintain records management policyAudit standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with TTB regulationsProject Management (25%)Partner with various supply chain functional teams to organize the creation and maintenance of internal policies and proceduresCoach and train supply chain functional teams on TTB regulations and the importance of policy adherenceIdentify areas of improvement and create improvement strategy relating to complianceMonthly Reporting (25%)Oversight of the process to develop monthly operations reporting to TTB for Beer and Spirits production, processing and storage as well as ownership of the monthly filing with TTBReview and amend reports as neededLiase with internal tax and accounting team to ensure appropriate payments of excise taxesMaintain and ensure accuracy of all compliance recordsTTB Subject Matter Expert (20%)Act as a representative and point of contact for TTB on behalf of the companyAnswer and research questions relating to TTB regulationsProvide guidance and support to manufacturing team in ongoing operationsStay informed of compliance developments and updatesMinimum Requirements:Qualifications, Education, & Experience5+ years experience in an audit or compliance rolePrior experience in manufacturing industry, alcohol preferredUnderstanding of alcohol industry and TTB regulationsPractical knowledge of processes, risks, and internal controlsSkills & Abilities Self-starter, with the ability to stay focused to self-managed assigned monitoring and project goalsAbility to interact effectively with various people to secure necessary information and gain cooperation in complying with processes and guidelinesExcellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsStrong research and reporting abilitiesAt Mark Anthony, we exist to Unearth the Extraordinary:Our Purpose is not just a statement; it is a call to action that binds us together and ignites our passion for making a difference.
