Job Description

A full-time position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support an Intensive Needs Program at a school located in Laurel, MD. This contract role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 35 daytime hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavioral challenges. Collaborate with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams to develop, implement, and train staff on Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Monitor the fidelity of BIP implementation and oversee accurate data collection. Maintain thorough documentation related to behavior analysis services and participate in interdisciplinary meetings to coordinate student support. Qualifications: Must possess and maintain current certification as a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Maryland. Hold a national BCBA credential. Experience working within educational settings, preferably with intensive needs student programs. Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with educational staff and multidisciplinary teams. Skilled in data analysis and behavior intervention plan development.
