Radiology Technologist - Hayward, California

Responsibilities include: Performing and processing X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment, and submitting images for radiologist interpretation. Transporting and setting up mobile X-ray equipment within facilities to capture clinically diagnostic, technically proficient images. Conducting EKGs when required and transmitting results to a cardiologist. Scanning exam-related and billing documentation daily according to protocols. Maintaining clear, professional communication with dispatch, management, peers, and clients. Keeping the vehicle and imaging equipment in good working condition. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Proficiency in mobile X-ray imaging. Ability to operate portable radiography equipment autonomously. Strong attention to detail with diagnostic image quality. Effective communication skills and professionalism in diverse environments. Physical capability to maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs or more, sometimes multiple times daily.
