Responsibilities Administer anesthesia for a varied caseload consisting of 60% pediatric patients and 40% adult patients . Manage high-level pediatric cases alongside general surgery, orthopedics, and other adult subspecialties. Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop customized plans for both neonatal/pediatric and adult populations. Participate in the 1:4 call rotation, ensuring high-quality coverage for the facility. Collaborate with surgical teams to maintain the practice's 40-year standard of safety and efficiency. Provide clinical supervision and mentorship within the anesthesia department as needed. Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board Certification or Eligibility (ABA) in Anesthesiology. Successful completion of a Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship is required. Pediatric Fellows are welcome and encouraged to apply! Current unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida (or eligibility for licensure). Proficiency in a wide range of pediatric and adult anesthetic techniques.
