Just great clinical work.We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinic-based team in Lake Mary, FL. In this full-time, Monday-Friday role, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You will partner closely with families and caregivers to support meaningful progress and generalization of skills across environments. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently. Ability to physically support clients when needed for safety.
