We foster a collaborative, close-knit culture focused on delivering compassionate care and lasting outcomes.What You'll Do as a Behavioral Health ClinicianFacilitate therapeutic groups and interventions within Residential, PHP, and IOP settings.Lead and support structured meals while modeling appropriate eating behaviors.Maintain daily program structure, including check-ins, check-outs, and patient support throughout the day.Document clinical observations, progress notes, group notes, and attendance records with accuracy and timeliness.Contribute patient insights and updates during weekly clinical staffing.Support patient onboarding through orientation and integration into the program.Provide therapeutic support, set boundaries, and respond to patient needs in real time.Assist with patient transportation and program-related outings as needed.Our Ideal Behavioral Health ClinicianEducation:- Behavioral Health Clinician I – Completed Bachelor's degree is required. Active enrollment in a Master's-level behavioral health program is preferred.- Behavioral Health Clinician II – Completed Master's degree in behavioral health or a related field required.Experienced in Therapeutic Settings: Minimum of six months working in a therapeutic milieu preferred, with understanding of eating disorder treatment, dual diagnosis, and exposure to EFFT strongly valued.Therapeutically Skilled: Demonstrates foundational counseling skills and the ability to build rapport while maintaining appropriate boundaries.Flexible Contributor: Adapts quickly to changing program needs, including stepping into groups or supporting across different levels of care.Detail-Oriented: Completes clinical documentation accurately while safely maintaining structure and accountability within the program.Technically Capable: Navigates EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools efficiently to support clinical and administrative responsibilities.Values-Aligned: Embraces a patient-centered, empowerment-based approach focused on connection, individualized care, and whole-person healing.What We Offer Our Behavioral Health Clinician$25-$30/hour based on experience and education levelBehavioral Health Clinician I - $25-$28/hour depending on experience Behavioral Health Clinician II - $26.50-$30/hour depending on experienceFlexible daytime scheduling with 8-hour or 10-hour shift options (full and part-time opportunities)Biweekly clinical supervision provided to support licensure and professional growthHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off401(k) with company matchDisability, Life, and AD&D insuranceFree supervision for licensureWork within a smaller, close-knit team with manageable patient ratiosBe part of an independently owned organization focused on patient care, not investorsTo ApplyIf you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in behavioral health, counseling, social work, or psychology and are ready to grow as a Behavioral Health Clinician in a structured eating disorder treatment setting, we encourage you to apply and join the team at EDCare to support meaningful, patient-centered recovery.
