We foster a collaborative, close-knit culture focused on delivering compassionate care and lasting outcomes.What You'll Do as a Behavioral Health ClinicianFacilitate therapeutic groups and interventions within Residential, PHP, and IOP settings.Lead and support structured meals while modeling appropriate eating behaviors.Maintain daily program structure, including check-ins, check-outs, and patient support throughout the day.Document clinical observations, progress notes, group notes, and attendance records with accuracy and timeliness.Contribute patient insights and updates during weekly clinical staffing.Support patient onboarding through orientation and integration into the program.Provide therapeutic support, set boundaries, and respond to patient needs in real time.Assist with patient transportation and program-related outings as needed.Our Ideal Behavioral Health ClinicianEducation:- Behavioral Health Clinician I – Completed Bachelor's degree is required.
