As a Behavioral Consultant, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals and families through meaningful, person-centered behavioral services-all while enjoying the flexibility to design a schedule that works for you.What You'll DoCollaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team to support client successConduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)Provide hands-on training and guidance to individuals, families, caregivers, and staffConsult with schools, agencies, and funding sources to ensure effective service deliverySupport crisis intervention and behavior management within home and community settingsComplete required documentation and monthly service reportsWhat We're Looking ForLicensed clinician (LCSW, LMFT, PsyD/PhD) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and co-occurring diagnosesStrong background in behavioral assessment, intervention, and crisis supportBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusPosition DetailsFlexible, self-directed schedule (Monday-Friday)Travel within San Diego County (up to 1 hour) for in-home consultationsParticipation in at least one monthly clinical meetingIndependent contractor position (no benefits; mileage not reimbursed)Why TMI?At TMI, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive.
