Monitor residents for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications. Maintain accurate and complete medication administration records. Assist with resident care activities as needed. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members. Follow all safety and infection control protocols. Qualifications of a Med Tech: High school diploma or GED. Certified Med Tech (CMT) certification required. Prior experience in a similar role within a nursing home or assisted living facility is preferred. Exceptional interpersonal skills, a caring approach, and physically fit.
