This department analyzes market trends, competitive landscapes, regulatory changes, and member experience data to help shape future plan designs and operational priorities. The team collaborates with departments such as Compliance, Marketing, Finance, Member Services, and Provider teams to ensure that MyTruAdvantage products are competitive, compliant, and aligned with member needs. Their work guides key decisions that influence benefits, pricing, growth strategy, and overall direction of the Medicare line of business.In this role, you will: Assist with researching Medicare market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates impacting MyTruAdvantage Help review and organize data related to member experience, benefit performance, and operational outcomes Participate in cross functional discussions to understand how strategy influences plan design, member communications, compliance requirements, and provider relationships Support preparation of summaries, reports, or materials used in strategic planning and leadership discussions Contribute to projects that evaluate benefit improvements, outreach opportunities, or product optimization needs Gain exposure to the strategic decision making processes that shape Medicare Advantage plan development and future growth initiativesQualifications: College students completing their junior or senior year in majors such as Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
