Full-Time Musculoskeletal Pain Medicine PhysicianLocation: Pittsburgh, PA (Local Travel Required)Schedule: Monday-Friday | No WeekendsEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout CarePath Injury CentersCarePath Injury Centers is a growing, multidisciplinary medical practice specializing in the comprehensive treatment of patients injured in workers' compensation and motor vehicle accidents.We provide an integrated model of care that includes:Interventional pain managementChiropractic therapyAcupunctureFunctional rehabilitation servicesOur mission is to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care that restores function, reduces pain, and improves long-term outcomes.Position OverviewWe are seeking a full-time, licensed Physiatrist (PM&R) or Interventional Musculoskeletal Pain Medicine Physician to join our expanding team in the Greater Pittsburgh region.This role involves providing high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries related to work and motor vehicle accidents. The position includes travel to multiple clinic locations throughout the Pittsburgh area on a structured monthly schedule.Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical CareEvaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal injuriesPerform new patient evaluations and follow-up visitsDeliver minimally invasive interventional procedures (e.g., joint injections, trigger point injections, spine procedures) under fluoroscopy and ultrasound guidanceTraining available for qualified candidates seeking to expand procedural skillsCoordinate care within a multidisciplinary team to optimize functional recoveryMaintain high standards of patient-centered care and professionalismDocumentation & ComplianceComplete thorough and timely documentation within the EHR systemAdhere to workers' compensation and personal injury documentation standardsMaintain compliance with all regulatory and billing requirementsCollaboration & CommunicationCommunicate effectively with clinical and administrative staffWork collaboratively with chiropractors, acupuncturists, and support teamsProvide timely updates to referring providers and case stakeholders as neededTravelTravel to multiple CarePath clinic locations in the Pittsburgh region based on a predetermined monthly scheduleSupport practice growth and patient access across locationsQualificationsMD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), Pain Medicine, or related specialtyActive Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain)Experience treating workers' compensation and motor vehicle accident patients preferredExperience with interventional pain procedures preferred (fluoroscopy and ultrasound guidance)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAdaptable, team-oriented, and patient-focusedSpanish language proficiency preferredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (commensurate with experience)Paid Time Off (PTO)Paid Sick LeavePaid Company HolidaysHealthcare allowance stipend (for marketplace plan selection)No weekend workSupportive and collaborative work environmentOpportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding organization
