This full-time position offers an opportunity to apply BCBA expertise in a school-based setting within the Charleston, SC area. The role requires delivering evidence-based behavioral support across various educational levels-elementary, middle, and high school-tailoring interventions to meet diverse student needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs and behavioral challenges Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide ongoing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams to support effective behavior management Collect and analyze data to track student progress and document outcomes Collaborate with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams and actively participate in meetings to ensure comprehensive support Desired Qualifications: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Schedule and Setting: Full-time position (37.5 hours per week) School-based environment with caseloads varying according to district needs Contract role offering meaningful involvement in student behavioral growth This role is ideal for a dedicated BCBA who thrives on influencing positive student outcomes through strategic behavior interventions and team collaboration.
