Job Description Medical Technologist OR Medical Laboratory Technician opening at a full service, small hospital located in the greater Asheville area! This award-winning hospital is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and is looking to add a permanent and full time lab professional to their team! The Medical Technologist/MLT will be responsible for performing both routine and complex laboratory testing across all departments of the laboratory! This is primarily an evening shift position with some flexibility. This laboratory will also consider 3x12, 4x10 or 5x8 schedules! For consideration, applicants must have either an AS Degree in Medical Laboratory Technician or a BS Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science. ASCP, HEW, AMT, or NCA.
