Job DescriptionCath Lab Tech OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cath Lab Technician to join our team. In this vital role, you will assist in complex cardiovascular procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes. Your expertise will directly impact the quality of care provided to patients requiring diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. Join us to be part of a dynamic environment where your technical skills and clinical knowledge are valued and essential.Pay Package: $2,856 WeeklyShift: 8am - 6:30pm (4 days per week) with weekend rotation call Required Skills Valid credentials: CVT, RCIS, or AART with cardiology experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cath lab or similar setting Proficiency with Cannon and Siemens equipment used in cardiac procedures Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and interventional procedures Excellent patient care and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-centric environment Current BLS certification as per AHA standardsNice to Have Skills Epic experience or familiarity with electronic medical record systemsPreferred Education and Experience Certification: RCIS or equivalent credentialing in cardiovascular technology Experience working with catheterization lab equipment and software Prior exposure to high-volume cath labs and complex cardiac interventionsOther Requirements AHA BLS certification required Availability for a work schedule of 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, four days a week, including weekend rotations Willingness to participate in call responsibilities, approximately 4-5 days per month, including one weekend rotationWhy Choose Medical Edge?Medical Edge offers a robust support system dedicated to your success.
