Minimum Requirements:Must be Age 21+ with High School Diploma/GEDPeer Support Certification (or complete within 90 days)Lived Experience meeting AHCCCS Peer Support requirementsLevel One Fingerprint Clearance Card eligibilityValid AZ Driver's License with clean record & reliable transportation (80% field-based work)Physical ability to meet job demands (standing/walking 70-90%, lifting up to 50 lbs) Culturally diverse & inclusive mindsetKey ResponsibilitiesUtilize personal recovery experience to mentor and support others.Advocate for comprehensive, individualized services for program participants.
