Neuro IR TechNeuro-Interventional Radiology performs diagnostic cerebral angiograms to include coiling, stenting, embolizations & stroke thrombectomys. Additionally we perform venous samplings, operating room angiograms, lumbar punctures and other neurovascular related procedures.REQUIRED: C-Arm, ContrastCerts required: ARRT R and BLS required, ARRT VI preferred.4x10 Days 0730-1800Daily Caseload per tech: 6-8 procedures/employeeRooms: 3Years of experience REQ: 1First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes- with 2 years of experienceWeekend REQ: No- but weekend call rotationIs on-call REQ? Yes - Call expectation NIR Technologist Call is 1600-0730 during the week and this position would be scheduled for a weeknight of call every 1. Weekend call is Friday 1600 through Monday 0730 and this RT would be assigned weeknight call 3-4 times in a 13-week assignment.Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? Yes - within service lineFloating Req to Sister Facilities: (Y/N): NoOpen to accommodating block schedule? You will work with team of neuroradiologist and neurosurgeons from WashU.This department does perform some pediatric procedures.The Neuro-Interventional technologist will be operating a Siemens Bi-plane, to include positioning for neurovascular image acquisition, post processing images, and circulating cases.
