This role is ideal for a nurturing, attentive caregiver who enjoys working with infants and understands the importance of routine, responsiveness, and creating a calm, supportive environment during early development.The family is looking for someone who can follow an established routine while remaining attentive to their son's cues, helping maintain a smooth and happy household. They value safety, consistency, and trust, and are excited to build a strong relationship with a nanny who will become an important part of their child's early life.
