Title: Senior Associate Scientist Biology (Immuno-Oncology) Duration: 12 months Contract Location: Foster City, CA 94404 Shift: 5 Days/Week Onsite Position Summary " Contribute to discovery, research, and development of immunotherapeutic agents in immuno-oncology " Execute in vitro and in vivo immunological assays under scientific guidance " Support drug candidate initiation and advancement through study design, data analysis, and interpretation " Evaluate new technologies and develop Client assays to accelerate early-stage discovery " Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced research environment " Collaborate cross-functionally with oncology, protein engineering, chemistry, translational medicine, biomarker, and clinical teams " Present research findings to senior staff " Contribute to research reports, manuscripts, INDs, and patent filings Qualifications " Master's degree with 5+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in Immunology, Immuno-Oncology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field " Direct experience in oncology or immuno-oncology drug discovery and target validation highly desirable " Strong understanding of innate and adaptive immunity, antigen presentation, cytokine signaling, and immune regulation " Proficiency in primary T cell functional assays including activation, proliferation, and cytotoxicity " Experience designing and optimizing cell-based assays and assessing immune responses in human and animal models (whole blood, PBMCs, primary subsets) " Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture, multi-color flow cytometry, western blot, ELISA/Luminex/MSD, and CRISPR technology " Strong experimental documentation and data analysis rigor " Excellent written and verbal communication skills " Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment Why Work With Us?
