Our summer programs are designed to support social, behavioral, communication, and daily living skills in a structured, engaging, and supportive environment.We offer two therapeutic summer camps and are seeking caring, dependable, and energetic individuals to join our team as Therapeutic Summer Camp Aides / Support Staff.What You'll DoWork under the direction of the Camp Lead to support daily camp activitiesProvide academic, behavioral, and emotional support to campers with special needsWork directly with children in a 1:1 or 1:2 support ratioHelp campers build skills in communication, social interaction, self-care, problem-solving, and behavior regulationPrompt and reinforce safe, socially appropriate replacement behaviorsAssist with camper materials, organization, and activity preparationSupport a smooth, fun, and structured camp experience each dayRemain open to feedback and work collaboratively with the camp teamWhat This Role Is and Is Not✔ A hands-on role working directly with children✔ A fun and active summer opportunity✔ A great fit for college students or anyone exploring a future in therapy, education, or behavioral health✔ A role with training and support provided✘ Not a passive or desk-based position✘ Not a role for someone uncomfortable with behaviors or high-energy environments✘ Not a role requiring prior certification upon hireImportant Role ExpectationsThis role includes supporting children with behavioral, emotional, and daily living needs.
