Qualifications Summary: To coordinate, facilitate and monitor the quality of Clinical Services to meet the goals of Holly Hill Hospital. In addition, provide direct care to psychiatric and substance abuse conditions. Responsible for collaborating with the patient's family, multidisciplinary team and community agencies to support and coordinate treatment and discharge planning. Oversee the social work and counselor student experience. Key Functions - 30% Inpatient Clinical Services Completes and oversees Psychosocial Assessments, Multi-Disciplinary Treatment Team Rounds, and Treatment Plan reviews within established timeframes either face to face or telephonically-with all patients, family and significant others; assessment, diagnoses, treatment for patients with mental health problems via group, individual and/or family sessions. Monitors and evaluates quality, appropriateness and effectiveness of treatment programs/services. Clinical supervision of LMSW seeking LCSW & all other therapists on a regular basis to teach and monitor the delivery of clinical excellence. Make recommendations to Executive Director of Clinical Services for improvements as identified/needed. Oversees and trains staff to provide accurate and up-to-date charting documentation as required by hospital policies. Perform staffing of units by therapist program staff. Ensures staff is utilizing social services techniques to meet or exceed hospital goals and objectives. Establishes a standard for all department members to maintain a professional working relationship with all other clinical service team members to assist in achieving or exceeding departmental goals. Assists in the development and/or implementation of new programs and services to improve patient care. Assists Business Development in identifying and developing strategies to network, expand and/or create marketing contacts. 2 Student Experience Oversees the social work and counselor student rotation program. Serves as liaison between students and partner universities. Manages agreements with partner universities and ensures compliance with such agreements. Residential Treatment Center Ensures that all services are provided as scheduled in a manner consistent with high quality of care. Provides leadership and supervision for all staff assigned to Holly Hill Hospital. Services in order to maximize the quality, flexibility and efficiency of all personnel. Works collaboratively with Business Development Department to market and network Holly Hill Hospital. Services throughout the community. Responsible for scheduling and programming on the units. Education: Required: Masters' Degree in Counseling or Social Work. Licensure and Certification: Required: Current license as an LPC, LMSW or LCSW in North Carolina. CPR and hospital de-escalation certifications. Preferred: Current license as an LCSW and LCDC in North Carolina. Experience: Required: Four years of clinical experience as a licensed professional in an inpatient psychiatric social service setting. Preferred: Five years of clinical experience as a licensed professional in an inpatient psychiatric social service setting, to include one year of supervisory experience.
