Our integrated care model focuses on the wellness of individuals, families, and communities through prevention, intervention, treatment, and education.Position Type:Part-Time, Independent Contractor (1099)Flexible schedule available - estimate 20-30 hours per weekCompensation:Fee for Service, paid bi-weekly via contractor invoicePosition Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient therapy services to adults, adolescents, and/or children. This role is ideal for a motivated professional seeking flexible hours in a supportive, collaborative environment without the administrative burden of traditional employment.Key Responsibilities:Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessionsConduct comprehensive assessments, intake evaluations, and treatment planningMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with COMAR and CARF standardsCollaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated careParticipate in clinical supervision (if required) and team meetings as neededSupport clients in achieving measurable treatment goalsQualifications:Must hold an active Maryland license: LCPC, LCSW-C, LMSW, LGPC (supervision available for LMSW/LGPC)Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in mental health (preferred)Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and culturally competent careAbility to maintain professional boundaries and uphold ethical standardsReliable, organized, and able to work independentlyWhat We Offer:Flexible scheduling - ideal for work-life balanceCompetitive contractor ratesAdministrative support (billing, scheduling assistance, etc.)A collaborative team culture focused on quality careContractor Status:This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
