School Behavioral Specialist - Summer Camp

SUMMARYSt. Vincent Prep Academy is currently looking for Behavioral Specialists for grades pre-K-5 for the summer of 2026. PRIMARY DUTIESUtilize behavior modification techniques to monitor progress and promote growth. Implement and use Trauma Informed Care. Assist with planning for school and summer programming and special events. Promote parental involvement. Provide crisis intervention as necessary. Facilitate behavior group as needed. Act as a role model to children to promote appropriate interaction and coping skills. Assist transportation services with boarding and de-boarding the children. Provide a safe, structured environment free from physical, verbal or emotional abuse for each child. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Highschool diploma plus 3 years of experience working with children required. Bachelor's degree preferred (Bachelor's degree does not require 3 years of experience).Language Skills: Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
