Designing and monitoring residents health initiatives. Developing health education materials and activities. Conducting fitness assessments and health screenings. Organizing health and wellness fairs. Collaborating with insurance providers and other stakeholders. Budgeting and tracking program expenses. Advising employees on nutrition, exercise, and other health-related topics. Requirements of an LVN Wellness Director : Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of CA preferred Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Health Promotion, or a related field. Knowledge of health and wellness industry. Strong organizational and time management skills. A minimum of three years' experience in a wellness program or health promotion setting. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
