Summary:Provide advanced respiratory care services to pediatric and adult residents in a home-like setting.Responsibilities:Collaborate with physicians to develop and adjust care plansDeliver and monitor respiratory therapies per plan of carePerform evaluations and diagnostic tests (e.g., lung capacity, blood gas levels)Administer treatments including oxygen, chest physiotherapy, and aerosol medicationsMonitor residents and equipment, reporting changes to physiciansMaintain accurate records and follow best-practice protocolsQualifications:Certified CRT or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)Strong knowledge of respiratory care practicesEOE
