Key Responsibilities: * Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures for orthopedic patients, including extremities, joints, and spine, ensuring high-quality images for accurate diagnosis. * Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their comfort and safety. * Maintain and operate X-ray equipment in accordance with safety standards and protocols. * Review and evaluate images for clarity, proper positioning, and diagnostic quality; retake images if necessary. * Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed. * Adhere to all radiation safety guidelines and infection control protocols. * Collaborate with orthopedic physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care. * Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and proper functioning of imaging equipment and the imaging department. Skills and Qualifications: * Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT or equivalent) required. * Prior experience in orthopedic imaging preferred. * Strong knowledge of anatomy, radiographic positioning, and imaging techniques. * Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality images. * Good communication skills and ability to interact compassionately with patients. * Knowledge of radiation safety procedures and infection control standards. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple patients.
