Position Summary The Senior Program Manager designs, manages, and oversees clinical programs under the guidance of a Behavior Analyst. This role is responsible for developing intervention plans, analyzing client progress, preparing progress reports, and supporting clients and families. Additional duties may include direct intervention, clinical assessments, parent education, consultation, and staff training.Essential Job Functions Collaborates with Behavior Analysts to develop and implement behavior intervention plans. Provides clinical program management for assigned caseload, including ongoing evaluation of client needs, parent education, and problem solving to support client progress. Works collaboratively with professionals, paraprofessionals, and parents to deliver effective programming. Collects IOA and FOI data during sessions to ensure treatment integrity. Coordinates client visits, observes behavior technician sessions, and provides coaching and clinical support. Motivates and mentors behavior technicians to support professional growth and accurate implementation of treatment plans. Responds to urgent needs and emergencies for parents, clients, and staff. Ensures clients receive their full clinical prescription. Maintains accurate records of billable hours requiring parent signatures. Maintains client files, treatment logs, and documentation of consultation and treatment sessions. Produces assessments, progress reports, discharge reports, and treatment plans within required timelines. Attends, plans, and may lead staff meetings, trainings, and other required meetings. Attends and participates in IEP meetings. Provides direct intervention to clients as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned. Education, Licenses, and Certifications Master's Degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related field. Meets additional requirements as a mid-level provider for key regional funding sources. Enrollment in a BCBA program and/or accruing hours toward certification preferred. Experience 3+ years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). 1+ year providing clinical program management under BCBA supervision. 1+ year of management experience. 1+ year of experience using software for data collection, programming, and report writing. 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, high-performance environment. Additional Requirements Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Must pass background and reference checks. Good driving record. Reliable transportation.
