Position Purpose The Wellness Program Coordinator facilitates the planning, coordination, organizes and supports Schwartz Rounds and Crisis Incident Stress Management (CISM) events by coordinating logistics, communications, and resources, serving as a liaison between key teams, ensuring proper reporting, and facilitating participant support. Nature and Scope * The Wellness Program Coordinator plays a key role in supporting organizational wellness initiatives, with primary responsibilities focused on Schwartz Rounds and Crisis Incident Stress Management (CISM) activities. Schwartz Rounds Coordination * Acts as the liaison between the Schwartz Center and the Schwartz Rounds Leadership Team. * Oversees all logistics for Schwartz Rounds sessions, including securing locations, arranging audio/visual equipment, coordinating food (if applicable), and managing internal communications. * Supports processes for continuing education credits and prepares materials for emotional support resources such as EAP, spiritual care, and peer support programs. * Ensures availability of printed or online materials, including evaluations, and reports evaluation results to the Planning Committee for continuous improvement. * Submits required session information forms to the Schwartz Center following each event. * Commits approximately 6-10 hours per month for preparation, coordination, and reporting. Crisis Incident Stress Management (CISM) * Provides support and facilitates CISM events as part of the Renown Peer Support Team, promoting emotional resilience and well-being during critical incidents. Minimum Qualifications Requirements - Required and/or Preferred Name Description Education: Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English. Bachelor's degree in Health Education, Public Health, Psychology, Social Work, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in program coordination, event planning, or wellness initiatives. Familiarity with healthcare or employee assistance programs preferred. License(s): None Certification(s): None Computer / Typing: Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
