Key Responsibilities: * Perform high-quality Computed Tomography examinations independently. * Coordinate CT services effectively within and outside the Health System. * Provide age-appropriate care, demonstrating knowledge of growth and development principles across the lifespan. * Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive patient and staff information. * Adhere to all NYSDOH and JCAHO radiation guidelines and hospital safety practices. * Actively support hospital goals and embody our CARES values. Qualifications: * AAS degree in Radiology Technology or completion of a 2-year AMA-approved school of radiographic technology required. * American Registry Radiological Technologist (ARRT) certification required. * Current, valid NYS License required. * BLS certification required. * ARRT (CT) certification preferred. * New York State Radiological Technologist IV certification within 6 months. * 1 year of experience in CT within a healthcare facility is preferred, but we will consider exceptional new graduate Rad Tech candidates.
