Palliative Care Physician - Atlanta, GA or Jackson, MSWe're looking for a mission-driven Lead Palliative Care Physician to join our innovative, patient-first organization transforming kidney care across the U.S. In this role, you'll be a community specialist serving patients with chronic kidney disease, end stage renal disease, and other complex, polychronic conditions-with an emphasis on quality of life, compassion, and coordinated care.You'll work closely with a collaborative team of providers and a Market Medical Director, delivering care primarily via telehealth and in patients' homes.
