Job Title: Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) Location: Humble, TX 77338 Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PMJob Summary"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is an experienced Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) to perform and score sleep studies in accordance with AASM standards. The ideal candidate will be skilled in home sleep testing, pediatric and adult sleep study scoring, and delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring accurate data analysis and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform and monitor overnight polysomnographic studies and related diagnostic proceduresScore sleep studies using AASM guidelines, including sleep/wake stages, respiratory events, cardiac events, limb movements, and arousalsGenerate accurate clinical reports for physician reviewConduct home sleep test setup and scoringUtilize systems such as EPIC and Natus Sleepworks for documentation and analysisEnsure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures, including pediatric and special needs patientsReview patient history, medications, and sleep patterns prior to testingCommunicate effectively with physicians regarding patient status and any unclear ordersParticipate in quality assurance activities and inter-scorer reliability assessmentsAssist with staff training, education, and onboardingSupport patient satisfaction and departmental workflow goalsMaintain compliance with clinical policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirementsParticipate in ongoing continuing education and professional developmentRequired QualificationsRegistered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification (required)Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationMinimum 2+ years of experience in sleep studies and scoringTechnical SkillsHome Sleep Test setup and scoringPediatric and adult sleep study scoringExperience with EPIC EMR systemExperience with Natus Sleepworks softwareFor more details contact athdavda@or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.About Navitas Healthcare, LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
