About the job Pediatrician Opportunity Outpatient Practice (Community Medicine) We are seeking a highly qualified Pediatrician for a community medicine opportunity in an outpatient practice. This role includes light on-call phone coverage, shared with other health system providers. This is a full-time, employed position in a physician-led organization.Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive pediatric care to patients in an outpatient setting. Participate in community health and preventative care activities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.Requirements: US Board-eligible or certified in Pediatrics. Doctorate in Medicine (MD) required. Less than 1 year of experience is acceptable; prior experience in the field is a plus.Compensation: Competitive base salary range of USD $225,000 to $300,000, based on experience. Generous compensation package, including incentives, student loan repayment, relocation assistance, and sign-on bonus.
