Clarity offers administrative, billing and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload, ensuring our providers are focused on their greatest priority...helping their clients move forward in life!We are partnered with the following In-Network Insurance providers: Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare, and we accept self-pay clients.Location: 333 N Michigan Ave, Suite #1400, Chicago, IL 60601Hybrid: In-Person/Remote In this role you, you will:Administer Psychological Testing/Assessments and Manage a caseload of 12-24+ attended client sessions per week or billable hours (Part Time/ Full Time optional)Provide comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments for diagnostic clarificationProvide a thorough understanding of referral-related questions pertaining to mood and/or personality disorders, attention-related difficulties, cognitive impairment, and overall emotional challengesCollaborate and communicate effectively with the Director of Psychological Testing to plan and implement each assessmentComplete detailed assessment reports in a timely mannerSubmit appropriate billing codes following the completion of testing servicesProvide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from children/adolescents to adults, offering exceptional client careOur clinicians ensure documentation is completed in a timely mannerThe clinician has oversight of assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and proceduresOur clinicians participate in organizational trainings and professional developmentMinimum Requirements: Formal training in Psychological Assessment - no less than a one-year postdoctoral fellowship focused on psychological assessmentTraining in the assessment of: ADHD, Autism (and nuances of ASD in higher cognition individuals), personality/mood, and medical/physical conditions impacting cognitive or emotional functioningPassion for identifying, embracing, and nurturing diversity. Ability to look beyond diagnostic criteria and categories to understand the whole personAbility to be flexible and provide a mix of telehealth services and in-person services, when appropriate and necessaryTraining in tele assessment.
