Director of Rehab (Permanent Role)

We are seeking a Director of Rehab for a Travel/Permanent position in Hayward, CA, 94544. Accepting both local and traveler candidates. Pay rate: $65 - $70/hrShift: 8:00 AM : 4:30 PM Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday(Only for US Citizens)Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs for the department. Supervise and provide leadership to rehab staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. Manage departmental budget, resources, and equipment. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting. 2+ years of DOR experience. Previous management or supervisory experience. Leadership experience in a rehabilitation setting.
