As a CT Technologist, you'll serve as a vital link between the Radiology Department, hospital staff, physicians, and students. Responsibilities * Serves as a liaison between the Radiology Department, students, hospital staff and physicians. * Educates and protects all customers entering the CT scanning room. * Assists with sedating and monitoring of patients. * Assists in the educational training of the Student Radiologic Technologists. * Assists with quality assurance processes. Qualifications Graduation from an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology. ARRT CT Board Certification required within 6 months of hire. CT experience strongly preferred. Current Iowa Permit to Practice. CPR certified. Maintain yearly CEU requirements. Must be able to read, speak and write fluent English.
