R Summer Camp Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY Are you ready to bring excitement, creativity, and endless energy to a summer full of adventures? Become a Summer Camp Aid and help kids ages 5-13 have the best summer ever! WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING As a Summer Camp Aid, you'll team up with the Summer Camp Supervisor to organize and run fun activities for kids, from outdoor games and arts & crafts to science projects, special events, and everything in between! Your job will be to create a positive, safe, and exciting environment where kids can learn, grow, and have fun every day. Your responsibilities include: * Planning and running fun activities like outdoor play, gym games, arts & crafts, science experiments, and special events. * Helping create and implement incentive behavior programs that encourage campers to stay positive and engaged. * Working closely with your peers to ensure a safe and exciting environment for everyone. * Communicating with parents, staff, and campers to ensure everyone is having a fantastic time! MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * Must be at least 16 years old. * Must pass a background check and drug screening. * CPR and First Aid Certification (you can earn it within 30 days of starting!). * One year of related experience is preferred, but not required!
