This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive speech therapy services in a school setting located in Aurora, IL. The role involves working with pediatric and school-aged students to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders. This position supports the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and promotes effective communication skills to enhance students' academic and social success. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy to students in a school environment Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to meet student needs Utilize teletherapy techniques as needed to ensure consistent service delivery Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and healthcare standards Support students across different developmental stages, including CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidates Qualifications and Experience: Valid SLP certification, preferably with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology within schools and healthcare settings Familiarity with teletherapy practices Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work full-time within a contract position Additional Information: Full-time contract role in Aurora, IL Candidate referrals will be coordinated through designated contacts Clinical Fellows (CFs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) will be provided to support service delivery If you are a certified SLP passionate about making a difference in the lives of students and meeting their communication needs, apply now to contribute your expertise within this engaging educational environment.
