Position SummaryThe Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the administrative and leadership associated with all clinical operations of the home health agency. Additionally, this individual is involved in maintaining compliance with all home health care licensing regulations and the performance improvement program and CHAP accreditation. Our mission is centered on creating a culture that prioritizes the safety, well-being, and quality of life of every child we serve.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the clinical department, including Clinical Nurse ManagersEnsure proper clinical supervision and coverage during all service hoursOversee staff development, including onboarding, training, and continuing educationMonitor and improve client satisfaction and care outcomesManage incident reporting and resolution processesCollaborate with staffing, scheduling, HR, and finance teams to meet organizational goalsMaintain and enhance the agency's performance improvement programLead recruitment efforts, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding clinical staffConduct employee evaluations and monitor performance goals throughout the yearEnsure full compliance with federal and state home health regulationsMaintain and update policies and procedures aligned with best practices and regulatory standardsPerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher requiredActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota2 + years of management experience in healthcareCHAP accreditation Experience in pediatric and/or young adult nursingProven leadership experience in home health careStrong background in staff training, development, and clinical managementScheduleFull-timeMonday to FridayCompensation & BenefitsHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife and Disability InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO), Sick Time, and Paid HolidaysWork LocationMinnetonka, MN ( In Person)
