Responsibilities include personnel management for Respiratory Care Department staff, including staff development and education, performance improvement initiatives, and clinical and administrative oversight, including participation in administrative call. Education:Bachelor's degree is requiredExperience:3+ years of pediatric , general care and critical care experience required.
